Real-time NLP processing of financial news and SEC filings. Sentiment scored, ticker-matched, and conviction-weighted before any signal is generated.

Macro Regime Detection

Causal macro engine identifies the current market regime — bull, bear, or transitional — and adjusts signal thresholds accordingly. Prevents trading against the macro current.

Layer 3

Technical Signal Fusion

Proprietary technical signals — momentum, volatility, squeeze breakouts — are fused with news and macro context. Only high-conviction confluences generate trade candidates.

Layer 4

Risk & Sizing

Kelly Criterion position sizing, per-symbol loss limits, daily drawdown guards. Capital is allocated dynamically based on signal quality and current portfolio risk.

Layer 5

Autonomous Execution

Broker-connected execution engine places, monitors, and manages orders in real time. Self-healing infrastructure restarts automatically on any failure.

Self-Improvement

The engine tracks its own Information Coefficient (IC) — a measure of signal predictive accuracy — across every trade it makes.

This data feeds a continuous improvement loop: signals that underperform are weighted down, signals that outperform are amplified. The engine gets smarter with every trading day.
